Skeleton Drawings: Leg and Arm

Alongside our figure drawings we are learning about the structure and parts of the human skeleton, how they’re shaped, fit together, and the names of them. We sketched them out in ink in our sketchbooks to get a feel for the different parts. My personal favorite is the arm skeleton, as it gives me a larger feel for the structure of such an expressive and strong body part, one that is used for many different activities. In the hand images things are shaded oddly due to my color coding on paper.
